A little of my story

I spent more than 15 years in emergency medicine. I loved my patients, and I was good at what I did. But I kept seeing the same people come back through those doors, sicker every time, with problems that started long before they ever got to me.

I wanted to get upstream. I wanted to help people fix what was actually driving the problem, like insulin resistance, before it landed them in my ER.

So I trained with the Primal Health Coach Institute. Today I'm a Master Certified Primal Health Coach, and I run my own business helping people with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes get to the root cause.
