About This Subscription

The Here's To Your Health by Jamie Weekly Group Coaching + Private Community ("the Subscription") is a monthly membership that provides access to:

• Weekly live group coaching calls held every Sunday

• Recorded replays of all group coaching sessions

• Access to a private online community for members

• Metabolic health education, lab guidance, and lifestyle coaching delivered through the group format

• General support and accountability for members working toward improved blood sugar health

The Subscription is delivered through Systeme.io and/or such other platforms as may be designated by Here's To Your Health by Jamie from time to time. Access details will be provided upon successful payment.

Who We Are

Here's To Your Health by Jamie is owned and operated by Jamie Nothstine, a Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) and certified Primal Health Coach, doing business as Here's To Your Health by Jamie ("we," "us," "our," or "Jamie").

Our services are focused on health and wellness education, coaching, and community support — particularly in the areas of blood sugar management, low-carbohydrate and ketogenic nutrition, and metabolic health. We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical services.

Subscription & Payment

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

• To cancel, log in to your account on Systeme.io and manage your subscription settings, or contact us directly at herestoyou@herestoyourhealthbyjamie.com.

• Cancellations must be made before your next billing dateto avoid being charged for the following month.

• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Subscription through the end of your current paid billing period.

• After your access period ends, you will no longer have access to the private community, call replays, or future coaching sessions.

Please note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. Please review our Refund Policy (Section 5) below.

SECTION 05

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of this Subscription, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content you paid for, or if there are exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us at herestoyou@herestoyourhealthbyjamie.com within 7 days of your billing date and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

Important — Please Read Carefully. The information, coaching, education, and content provided through this Subscription — including but not limited to group coaching calls, community posts, replays, and any written or verbal communications — is intended for general health and wellness education purposes only.

Jamie Nothstine is a Registered Nurse and certified Primal Health Coach. While she holds professional credentials, the services provided through this Subscription do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment of any kind.

Nothing shared in this Subscription should be interpreted as:

• A diagnosis of any health condition or disease

• A recommendation to start, stop, or change any prescription medication or medical treatment

• A replacement for consultation with a licensed physician, endocrinologist, or other qualified healthcare provider

• Personalized medical advice tailored to your individual health needs

Individual results from any health, nutrition, or lifestyle approach vary. Results discussed, shared, or referenced in this Subscription are not guaranteed and may not be typical.

SECTION 07

Not a Substitute for Medical Care

If you are managing a medical condition — including but not limited to type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, cardiovascular disease, or any other chronic illness — always consult with your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, supplement use, or medication.

This is especially important if you are currently taking prescription medications such as GLP-1 receptor agonists (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide), Metformin, insulin, or other diabetes or cardiovascular medications. Never stop, reduce, or alter a prescribed medication without the direct guidance and supervision of your prescribing physician.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own healthcare decisions and that you will involve your qualified healthcare team in any changes to your medical management.

Your Responsibilities

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and completing payment

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login and not share access with others

• Use the Subscription only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes

• Take full personal responsibility for any health, dietary, or lifestyle decisions you make based on information provided through the Subscription

• Consult with your physician before making any changes to medications, medical treatments, or significant dietary changes

• Engage respectfully and constructively within the private community

SECTION 09

Community Standards

The private community is a safe and supportive space. As a member, you agree not to:

• Share, post, or distribute any content that is harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory

• Spam, solicit, or promote any outside products, services, or businesses without prior written consent

• Share another member's personal information, health details, or private communications outside the community without their consent

• Record, screenshot, or reproduce group coaching calls or community content without express written permission

• Violate any applicable law or regulation through your use of the community

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community and terminate their Subscription, without refund, for violations of these community standards or these Terms and Conditions.

SECTION 10

Intellectual Property

All content provided through this Subscription — including group coaching calls, recordings, replays, written materials, frameworks, protocols, and community posts by Here's To Your Health by Jamie — is the intellectual property of Jamie Nothstine / Here's To Your Health by Jamie and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Your Subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes during your active membership. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this Subscription

• Share login credentials or access with non-members

• Use any content from this Subscription to create competing products or services

• Record group coaching calls without explicit written permission

SECTION 11

Privacy

By subscribing, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information (including name, email address, and payment information) as necessary to provide the Subscription and process your payments.

We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with third-party platforms (such as Systeme.io) solely for the purpose of delivering the Subscription to you.

By participating in group coaching calls, you acknowledge that other members will be present and may hear information you choose to share. Please use your own discretion about the personal health details you share in a group setting.

SECTION 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Here's To Your Health by Jamie, its owner, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or reliance on this Subscription, including but not limited to:

• Any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or medical events resulting from dietary, lifestyle, or supplementation changes made in connection with this Subscription

• Decisions made regarding prescription medications or medical treatments

• Technical issues affecting access to content or community features

• Any loss of data, interruption of service, or inability to access the Subscription

Your use of this Subscription is entirely at your own risk. The total liability of Here's To Your Health by Jamie to you for any claim arising from this Subscription shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the month in which the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email.

Your continued use of the Subscription after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

SECTION 14

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States of Missouri.
